Returns & Exchanges



Freight charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders are despatched within one working day of being placed.

Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 2-5 working days. Regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add an additional day to delivery estimates.

All goods are delivered by reputable and reliable freight carriers.


We are not always able to fill orders from outside Australia. Please use our Contact page to enquire about shipping orders overseas.

NOTE: We reserve the right to charge higher freight rates on some larger and heavier items. In such instances we shall first contact you and get your approval before dispatching.

Please provide a delivery address where you will be located during office hours. Do NOT use a post box address. All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight companies.


Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Contact us for a return authorization for faulty and damaged goods and where we incorrectly advised you.

We will endeavor to also assist you with the return of goods in other circumstances. In such instances please contact us with reasons for wishing to return goods.

Refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made, within 5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
